CAMPING CARAVANING PARK PLAYA BARA S.L. (hereinafter,
the "Camping") informs the users of its web page www.barapark.es as
to its policy relating to the protection of personal data (hereinafter, "the
Personal Data") in order that users voluntarily and freely determine if they
wish to provide the Camping the Personal Data requested through on-line
reservation or request for information forms. The Camping reserves the right
to modify this policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or case law as
well as common practice in the sector or market. Should such modification
occur, the Camping will announce, on these pages, the changes to be made
reasonably in advance of their implementation.

third party without prior and express consent of the affected users. The
Camping or the third parties that process the Personal Data on the Camping´s
behalf, has adopted the legally required security levels for the protection
of the Personal Data. Notwithstanding the above, the user should be aware
that security measures in the Internet are not impregnable.
